Our Vision
With folded hands, we pay obeisance to Maa Sharde and seek her divine blessings to spread enlightenment in minds, peace in hearts, and harmony
in society through the transformative power of education.
Silver Oak Academy was established with a heartfelt vision to serve the children and contribute meaningfully to the town’s progress. The founders,
deeply rooted in Bilari and closely connected to its journey of growth over generations, felt a sincere responsibility toward its future. Their
desire was simple yet profound — to create an institution that would provide quality education to the children so they could build strong,
confident, and successful futures without having to look elsewhere for opportunities.
Driven by commitment rather than profit, the school functions on non-profit lines and strives to provide all academic requirements under one
roof. The founders’ dedication reflects their genuine attachment to the town and their belief that sustainable development begins with educating
young minds. Their vision is not only to impart knowledge but to nurture character, discipline, confidence, and a strong moral foundation.
Silver Oak Academy follows the New Education Policy (NEP) and the 5+3+3+4 academic structure to ensure systematic and age-appropriate learning.
Foundational Stage (3–8 years – Balvatika):
This stage emphasizes play-based and activity-based learning to strengthen foundational literacy and numeracy skills. The aim is to provide
children with a joyful learning environment where curiosity is encouraged and confidence is built. Teachers at this stage are caring,
energetic, and compassionate, forming warm bonds with young learners.
Preparatory Stage (9–11 years):
At this stage, emphasis is placed on reading, writing, speaking, listening, and comprehension skills. Teaching methods are structured to develop
clarity of expression and independent thinking. Teachers are patient, persistent, and dedicated to building strong academic habits.
Middle Stage (12–14 years):
This is a phase of high energy and creativity. Students are guided toward constructive activities, critical thinking, and self-discipline. Proper
counselling and mentorship help channel their enthusiasm in positive directions. Teachers remain alert, knowledgeable, and supportive,
encouraging students to begin shaping their personal vision for the future.
Secondary Stage (15–18 years):
This final phase prepares students for Board examinations and future career paths. Responsibility toward self, family, and society is
emphasized. Teaching methods include lectures, discussions, experiments, and multimedia tools to deepen understanding. Teachers act not
only as subject experts but also as mentors who guide students vocationally and morally.
By integrating technology, modern methodologies, and ethical values into education, Silver Oak Academy aims to prepare students to thrive
in an evolving digital world while staying grounded in principles.
